Friday August 12th 10pm. PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 2 / Day 3 /  mino is 50mg QOD > today /  Benicar 20mg Q3H / Quercetin TID

The change to Phase 2 brought me misery of memory herxing in the first week.. and then has lightened off this week.

harder gut herxing this afternoon. uncomfortable but bearable with meds doses bringing relief each time .. the rest of me is having a good break from heavy full body involvement.

Sunday August 14th 7.45am. PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 2 / Day 5 /  mino is 50mg QOD > today /  Benicar 20mg Q3H & 40mg 9pm / Quercetin TID

The chest pressure when I first lie down is a continuing symptom that I dont mention every time.. The gut herx is there all the time, kept down quiet by the meds, and begins rising when the meds are due.. tired, and eyes sludgey this morning.. runny nose. nothing much.. one day at a time.

Monday August 15th 4.30pm. PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 2 / Day 6 /  mino is 50mg QOD > not today /  Benicar 20mg Q2H prn / Quercetin TID

As the 2H comes around a headache and sore glands start to rise.

I know that I have a lot of healing to do..
I am ok thank you.. I am finding it too much of a push to talk to anyone today, so have had the day off. That is about as well as I can describe it.. and I will be back on deck as soon as I can be..

Dear Barb,
I'm so glad to read that you're feeling a bit better. Still not good I'm sure - it takes alot to keep you down, so you must have been feeling pretty awful. The Z is pretty scary, but then so is the mino. I'll keep looking forward to good days ahead for you - soon I hope. And all of us.

No giving up, Kathleen

very little herx during the day yesterday..
gut herx,
mildly sore throat and glands,
became very tired.. slept well..
woke with a plugged ear... I hope this means that the constantly wet ear is healing..
tasting ability has increased again.
swallowing ability has decreased. have to take tablets more carefully than at any time in my life.
more tendency to be coughy chokey anytime
pulse in left upper lip continues frequently
all is well..

Saturday August 20th 7.40 am. PHASE 2 / level .5 / cycle 3 / Day 1 /  mino QOD >  25mg /  Benicar 20mg Q3H & 40mg Q4 to 6H night   / Quercetin TID

Beginning next cycle with mino 25mg: not wanting to redo the intolerable mental herx. and I had to take the 25mg sooner than 48H last cycle to keep all tolerable.
Phase 2 is different for me, in that I am generally better day to day than previously..
I can feel the gut herx rising to uncomfortable as the Mino, the Beni and or the Q are due.
less feeling of IBS now.
tired
some mild back ache
eyes quite sludgey this morning. ear has been inflamed. used ear drops.
I have a transient little pinch feeling around my Heart.
transient pulse in lips.
still cant stand and do anything for more than a couple of minutes.
still cant read a book or magazine.
all is well..
