If you scrupulously avoid vitamin D rich foods and especially avoid supplemental D, then most other foods can be consumed in moderation as part of a normal, balanced, varied diet.
This pretty much means to avoid black mushrooms, fish and food labeled with supplemental vitamin D. You can check your serum 25D about every quarter or so and modify your diet if needed based on that.
Don't make this too hard. The MP is not a diet.
